How do you estimate project timelines and move delivery forward?
We break the project down by architecture complexity, model tuning effort, data preparation scope, and frontend or backend workload. Delivery is usually organized into 3-4 milestones such as technical specification confirmation, prototype and model validation, system integration, and production acceptance. At each stage, the client receives runnable deliverables for review.
Our business data is highly sensitive. How do you protect confidentiality?
We sign formal commercial and data confidentiality agreements before project kickoff. Technically, we support isolated development environments, data desensitization workflows, and private on-premise GPU deployment so sensitive business data remains under the client's control.
