1. Scope of Services
YBBE TECH provides enterprise AI software engineering, on-premise deployment, and system integration. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are defined in the signed development contract.
2. Pricing & Payment
Quotes depend on requirements, data scale, compute environment, and integration complexity. Milestone-based payments apply unless otherwise agreed.
3. Acceptance & Delivery
Clients shall complete UAT within the agreed window. Upon acceptance, source code, model weights, deployment scripts, and documentation are transferred per contract. See our delivery process.
4. Intellectual Property
IP ownership of custom deliverables follows the contract. Open-source components remain under their original licenses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties must protect business and technical information exchanged during the project. See our Confidentiality & IP Terms.
6. Warranty
Standard projects include a 12-month SLA. Details in our 12-Month SLA Warranty.
7. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to courts with jurisdiction in Shanghai.
